It is often observed that the BT connection is disconnected.
Please find out the cause of this issue.
Please check the attached log.
And can you add a log that can know the cause of the disconnect like this?

Hi YK,

There is no useful information in log files.
What I can see is STB can't communicate with RCU and a timeout event is sent for disconnection.
Please make sure if RCU FW is correct.
If yes, then the only possible reason is user's environment.
There may be too many RF interference.
